DASF Africa Education and Talent Development Fund is the program under Ddamulira and Sons Foundation dedicated to promoting education and talent development among  vulnerable children, youth and  young women in Africa.

DASF Africa Education and Talent Development Fund has the potential to make a meaningful impact in the lives of vulnerable children, youth and young women in Africa. By providing educational support, sustainability, human capital and talent development opportunities, we can empower vulnerable children, youth and young women to achieve their full potential and contribute to the development of their communities.

The DASF Africa Education and Talent Development Fund aims to:

  • Enhance Access to Quality Education through provision of educational support and resources
  • Foster Talent Development through Identifying and nurturing unique talents and skills for vulnerable children, youth and young women to excel in their chosen fields.
  • Promote job creation and Self-Sufficiency: Empower vulnerable children, youth and young women with the skills and knowledge necessary to secure employment, start their own businesses, or pursue further education.
Key Initiatives
Educational Support Programs through provision resources, Scholarships, tutoring and mentorship
Talent Development Initiatives through Training programs, workshops, and competitions to identify and nurture unique talents and skills
Career Guidance and Mentorship through provision of Guidance on career paths, job search strategies, personal and professional development
Target Beneficiaries
The initiative will target:
Children, Youth and young women from low-income backgrounds, marginalized communities, or those facing other socio-economic challenges
Vulnerable Students pursuing, nursery, primary, secondary, or tertiary education
Vulnerable emerging Professionals and talented children, youth and young women looking to develop their talents, skills and advance their careers
Expected Outcomes
Improved Educational Outcomes through enhanced academic achievement and increased access to quality education
Talent Identification and Development through Identification and nurturing of unique talents and skills among vulnerable children, youth and women

Implementation Strategy
Partnerships: Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and private sector partners to deliver programs and services
Needs Assessment: Conduct needs assessments to identify areas of focus and develop targeted programs
Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish a monitoring and evaluation framework to track progress and impact
